Case study · Federconsulting Group

From regulatory expertise to authority.

Federconsulting helps companies bring order to their processes, meet their obligations and build safer workplaces. We built the image, voice and commercial system to turn that expertise into relationships and new customers: content, LinkedIn, AI, CRM and referrals.

The client

A single partner for business management, safety and training

Federconsulting Group supports companies and professionals in managing processes, deadlines and responsibilities, in sectors where precision, up-to-date knowledge and reliability are indispensable.

The method starts from analysing the client's needs and continues through clear procedures, scheduled activities and continuous monitoring. Federconsulting becomes a single point of contact, able to coordinate different areas of expertise and free the entrepreneur from a significant part of the organisational and regulatory complexity.

A concrete value, but not always simple to communicate.

The challenge

Making interesting what companies perceive as an obligation

Federconsulting's work isn't about filling in documents or organising courses: it means preventing risks, protecting people and companies, avoiding operational interruptions and building more orderly processes. We had to turn complex subjects into clear, useful and authoritative communication.

01

Renew the digital image and the social presence

02

Position the managing director as a competent voice in the sector

03

Communicate regulations and deadlines simply

04

Promote courses and training activities to the right people

05

Identify new companies and automate the sales process

The strategy

Six phases of a single growth path

First authority, then people, then content. Only afterwards the active search for companies, the CRM and turning trust into referrals.

Phase 1 · Presence

Building an authoritative digital presence

We defined a professional, contemporary image consistent with the company's values: precision, concreteness, presence and reliability. Communication was organised to make the different service areas immediately recognisable, avoiding overly bureaucratic language.

Website and social channels began presenting Federconsulting as a partner able to understand companies' problems and turn them into clear procedures. We didn't want to communicate only what was compulsory, but why doing it well protects the company and improves its organisation.

The editorial plan comes from clients' real questions: which courses are mandatory, when to update the risk assessment, what responsibilities the employer has, how to prepare for an inspection, which deadlines not to forget, what opportunities funded training offers.

Phase 2 · Personal branding

Giving expertise a face

In consultancy, people are an integral part of the service. We turned the managing director's LinkedIn profile into a space for sharing knowledge, discussion and building professional relationships.

High-quality content on safety, training, business organisation, responsibility and the culture of prevention, in a tone able to express competence without feeling distant. Articles, reflections and updates made the managing director a recognisable voice for entrepreneurs, HR managers, professionals and partners.

When an authoritative person shares useful information, the company gains credibility. Personal branding wasn't treated as a separate activity: it became one of Federconsulting's main positioning tools.

Phase 3 · Content

Turning regulations and deadlines into useful content

For every regulatory update we built content explaining what changes, who is affected, what the deadlines are, what to do, what risks non-compliance brings and how Federconsulting can help. Distributed across social, LinkedIn, email and the website.

The same method was applied to the courses: instead of communicating title and date, we explained who each course was for, why it was necessary and what problem it helped to solve.

The campaigns are segmented by role, sector and client history: an HR manager receives different communications from a business owner, an active client is alerted about the deadlines of ongoing services, a new contact is guided through understanding their obligations.

Phase 4 · AI and outbound

Identifying companies before the need emerges

With artificial intelligence tools we analysed companies potentially compatible with Federconsulting's services, considering sector, size, number of employees, operating sites, recent growth, organisational complexity, training needs and safety and compliance requirements.

For every company we identified the most relevant people: owners, HR managers, HSE managers, facility managers, operations and administrative managers.

The campaigns combine LinkedIn and email: LinkedIn creates recognisability and starts the professional relationship, email deepens the message and proposes a conversation. The aim wasn't to send large volumes of messages, but to reach the right companies with genuinely relevant content.

Phase 5 · CRM

A custom CRM so no opportunity is lost

The system connects companies, contacts, services, courses, deadlines, conversations and opportunities. The automations acquire new contacts, classify companies and people, assign requests, schedule follow-ups, manage course enrolments, remind about deadlines and renewals, reactivate dormant clients and measure where opportunities come from.

Artificial intelligence supports reading the data and personalising communications: the team quickly understands who the contact is, which services might be relevant and what to do next.

The sales process became more orderly, continuous and measurable.

Phase 6 · Referrals

Turning trust into a referral system

For a consultancy firm one of the most powerful ways of acquiring clients is recommendation: a satisfied client knows the working method and can introduce Federconsulting to other businesses with an already high level of trust.

Clients, consultants, professionals and partners can refer new companies. The CRM records where the contact came from, assigns the tasks and makes it possible to follow the whole path; the automations handle thank-yous, updates and reminders, keeping the relationship with the referrer alive.

Word of mouth went from a spontaneous, hard-to-measure process to a structured commercial lever.

From regulation to relationship

The content explains the regulations. The managing director's presence builds authority. Social increases visibility. LinkedIn and email open conversations. The CRM organises the opportunities. The automations keep relationships alive. Referrals generate new contacts based on trust.

Every element feeds the next: communication and business development became a single system, able to accompany the client throughout the relationship with Federconsulting.

Complying with a regulation is an obligation. Helping a company understand it and grow safely is something much bigger.

The value of the partnership

Expertise creates value when it meets the right people

With Federconsulting we didn't simply manage social channels or send email campaigns. We turned technical and regulatory expertise into accessible content, authority and commercial relationships.

Federconsulting brought experience, method and the ability to support companies. Meccaniche Creative built the image, the voice and the technology needed to take that value to market.

Every piece of content builds trust. Every relationship generates new referrals. Every referral brings a client who arrives already convinced.
