Case study · Asseltech

Communicating technology. Bringing it into every process.

Asseltech designs and manufactures the electronic heart of complex products and systems. We worked in two connected directions: making it more recognisable in the market and bringing AI, software and automation into its business processes.

The client

A jewel of electronic technology

Founded in 2011, Asseltech manages the entire cycle around electronic boards: hardware and firmware design, routing, prototyping, reverse engineering, PCB construction, procurement, assembly and soldering, 3D optical inspection, programming, testing, wiring and packaging.

The whole SMD production cycle takes place in a clean room, guaranteeing controlled conditions even for particularly precise work: prototypes, small runs and structured production for sectors where quality and reliability are essential.

A company able to put the future on board, as its own payoff says.

The challenge

Making visible a value that stays inside the products

Electronic boards are essential components, but rarely visible: their value emerges through performance, reliability and continuity of the finished product. The second challenge concerned internal organisation: bringing artificial intelligence into the company with a project controlled by management, useful to employees and built on real processes.

01

Renew the digital image and build an authoritative website

02

Create high-level photography, video and documents

03

Improve positioning on Google and on AI engines

04

Develop custom software and automation

05

Train management and technical staff

The strategy

Two directions, one single project

Towards the market: image, content, positioning and business development. Inside the company: software, automation, training and artificial intelligence.

Phase 1 · Image

An image worthy of Asseltech's precision

We built a modern, technical and recognisable digital identity, able to communicate precision without feeling cold. The visual language brings out production environments, people, machinery and processing details; colours, typefaces and compositions convey technology, order and reliability.

The photographs show the clean room, the production lines, the checks and the people; the videos turn complex operations into clear, engaging sequences; the sales documents organise the offer by service, production capacity and sector.

Content creation was also supported by artificial intelligence, to develop visuals, renderings and animations able to represent processes that are hard to observe directly. Technology wasn't told through generic images: it became concrete, visible and understandable.

Phase 2 · Website and search

A website built to be found and chosen

We organised the offer following the customer's real journey: design, prototyping, production, inspection and support. Every service has a dedicated space, with clear information and immediate contact routes; the application sectors let every visitor recognise the experience closest to their own needs.

The content was developed around the market's searches: electronic board manufacturing, PCB assembly, electronic prototyping, SMD production, hardware and firmware design, reverse engineering, 3D optical inspection, programming and testing, contract electronics manufacturing.

The structure was designed to work both with traditional search engines and with the new AI-based answer systems: information and data organised so that Asseltech is correctly interpreted also by the systems used to look for suppliers.

Phase 3 · AI in processes

Bringing artificial intelligence into the company

We didn't start from the tools but from the people and the processes: how information, documents, requests, technical activities, communications and commercial opportunities were handled. Together with management we identified the areas where AI could deliver a real advantage without compromising control, quality and confidentiality.

We developed solutions to find information and documents faster, summarise technical material, prepare draft communications, organise data from different sources, support reporting, turn notes and meetings into tasks and reduce repetitive operations.

To avoid a disorderly spread of tools we built custom software and automation, with rules, permissions and control points: final validation stays with the competent people. AI moved from a set of individual tools to shared, governed infrastructure.

Phase 4 · Training

Train management and technical staff

A technological transformation only works when people can understand and govern it. The training path wasn't limited to using the software: it covered the opportunities and limits of AI, the quality of instructions, checking results, protecting information, data management, recognising errors and integration into existing processes.

Management kept control over purposes, access and ways of use. Staff gained tools to work faster, without giving up their technical expertise.

Phase 5 · Decisions

Faster decisions, control always with management

We developed systems able to gather information from activities, documents and processes, giving management clearer summaries. AI helps to highlight data, anomalies, priorities and connections; the decision always stays with the people responsible.

This model reduces the time needed to prepare information while keeping traceability and control: the company can react faster to requests, organise activities better and use its own data more effectively.

Phase 6 · CRM and development

Artificial intelligence applied to business development

We mapped Italian companies in the sectors most compatible with Asseltech's capabilities — automotive, rail, avionics, industrial automation, e-mobility, medical, security, telecommunications — analysing organisations, projects, characteristics and possible production needs.

For every company we identified purchasing managers, technical directors, R&D managers, electronic designers, supply chain managers and production managers.

The custom CRM acquires and classifies companies, assigns opportunities, schedules contacts and follow-ups, records technical requests, organises document sending, monitors negotiations and flags priority opportunities to management. AI personalises communications by sector and role, but the process stays governed by management and the sales team.

A complete transformation project

More visible outside. Faster inside.

The two transformations support each other. A stronger digital presence generates new enquiries. More efficient internal processes make them easier to handle. Commercial data feeds decisions. Staff skills guarantee quality and control.

The result isn't a collection of tools, but a company system better prepared for growth.

The future isn't only told. It's built into the processes.

Behind these numbers there is a cultural change: artificial intelligence is no longer a technology to be observed from outside, it has become a controlled, useful tool integrated into the way the company works.

The value of the partnership

The future isn't only told, it's built

With Asseltech we didn't simply build a new website. We told the story of a technology company and, at the same time, helped it become even more technological.

Asseltech brought electronic expertise, production capacity and knowledge of its own processes. Meccaniche Creative built identity, content, software, automation and AI systems able to turn that experience into efficiency and growth.

The value of innovation isn't measured by the number of tools used. It's measured by the time saved, the quality of decisions and the new opportunities it manages to generate.

Do you want to bring artificial intelligence into your company without losing control?

We build identity, software and automation able to improve processes, help people and generate new commercial opportunities.
